There was a substance smeared all over the desk and night stand. The remote control to the tv was caked with grime. The TV and cable were unplugged and unprogrammed. I had to call the front desk using my cell phone because the in room phone didn't work. Maintenance came and fixed it but complained the entire time that house keeping should of checked for that and handled it. The indoor pool was disgusting. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom and the portion of the pool walls that was outside of the water was brown with dirt. You could see where people were etching words/ pictures in the grime. A portion of the ceiling was falling down in the pool room and the ventilation screen on the ceiling was so caked with dust it was blocked with threads of crust hanging from where the vent holes are. There was a phone in the pool room with a sign that it was out of order and if there is an emergency to use your own cell phone and call 911. There was an arcade room across from the pool room which was locked with a sign also out of order. In the morning the breakfast room tables were not cleaned between patrons. I am not one to complain when something is not right especially spending one night. Things get missed or overlooked sometimes; but this was ridiculous.

The first room we received. The shower curtain was falling off. There was spots on the shower ceiling that looked like black mold spurs. The tub would not drain while having a shower. The pool was out of order. The games room out of order. The hot tub out of order.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel; however, there were a few problems. The pool was shut down for two days. There was no hot tub available. The vending machines were not fully stocked. The laundry room took only credit cards. Breakfast was good but one day it was cold. Our four-day stay was comfortable, but we were out all day and only used the room at night.

Bed was very hard, toilet seat very loose, they put in new tv's and at 3:59 am the tv would turn on. I was told maintenance was not in for two days and they would take care of everything, except they never showed up.

We stayed for 1 night before a flight. Easy check in, it was comfortable and close to the airport. Also, my kids were comfortable and fell right to sleep. That’s a lot coming from them since they are all under 6 years old. I’d stay again if needed!

Good breakfast and decent room. Two disruptions during our stay: room service walkie-talkie was left in room and woke us up at 2:00 am with “low battery” beeping. On the 2nd day, knock at door at 9am from maintenance man, who then walked into room, even though we had “do not disturb” sign hanging on door. Also, the in-room refrigerator did not work (leftovers we intended to eat) had to be tossed.
