I will start by saying the property is clean and inviting. The staff is amazing, went over and above to call me after we left and tell us we left an item behind, it was my daughters pocketbook with her license and a bunch of cash from her graduation from nursing school. We were so thankful, they didn’t have to say anything, we had already checked out and were at the graduation when the front desk called us, lovely woman with integrity and grace, i believe her name is Alicia. Big shout out to her and the cleaning staff.

Very nice lobby. Very clean, quiet, seemingly safe. Gorgeous lobby for a Best Western. Nice friendly staff. Very good breakfast bar. Check this facility for amenities. I checked in right around midnight. I didn’t have time to explore what was available for guest use.

We like the location and a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed and no discount or upgrade for the inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Semi okay stay

The pool was closed for repairs but no one was in there working at all. There was ice that formed outside which another customer slipped and fell and I told the front desk person. Her response was like there is a bucket outside with salt in if you're concerned for others. Like excuse me yes I am especially since I had my 7 year old son with me

Whirlpool room- The first time I tried to fill the whirlpool it was brown water with dirt. I cleaned it and carried on. I didn’t plan on using the jets anyway I read online they rarely clean them professionally and it looked that way. disappointing. Lights- several of the lights didn’t work and switched to nothing?? had a spotlight hanging down from the side of the suit but pointed at the table that didn’t turn on or have a switch to turn on-just freaked me out so I covered it. personal nit pick if you planned on watching tv before bed I hope you like copaganda that’s all ur getting. I enjoyed my stay but I hope the hotel gets rid of the jets and just advertises a couples bath as well as getting rid of the tvs & idk maybe Roku tvs.
