I will start by saying the property is clean and inviting. The staff is amazing, went over and above to call me after we left and tell us we left an item behind, it was my daughters pocketbook with her license and a bunch of cash from her graduation from nursing school. We were so thankful, they didn’t have to say anything, we had already checked out and were at the graduation when the front desk called us, lovely woman with integrity and grace, i believe her name is Alicia. Big shout out to her and the cleaning staff.

The facility and the staff were very good. Everyone was very helpful. My only issue is the toilet in the room was so very low. We did not need a handicap room but that was crazy low for an adult.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Offered free coffee all day long. We got in late because of the storm and they were helpful in finding some food that was still open.

The hotel its self was pretty nice, outside area had lots of trash. Pool area could use a cleaning and it was really disappointing that they have permanently closed the hot tub.

The room was ready on time. It was super nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The jacuzzi is right in the room next to the bed. Fantastic. The tub water was a bit hard.

Upon arrival later in the evening we headed to the pool. The air quality of the hotel but especially the pool area was very poor and it was difficult to breathe and the pool was brown with spit loogies floating. A women took her baby out of the pool to change their soiled diaper. People were drinking alcohol and vaping in the pool area. We left the pool area immediately as we were concerned for our health and safety. When we got back to our room my husband insisted we leave as he found our bed had a ripped mattress cover with blood stains inside evident of bed bugs. We packed up immediately and informed the front desk of our concerns and that we were checking out. My health issues demand clear air and water and staying in a hotel that cannot meet that standard, with evidence of bugs, is a health and safety risk for me and my family that I cannot compromise about. Still waiting to hear back from faculty, almost 48 hours later.

What i like about it is close to the mall and the high way. Also close to the school where my daughter has a dance competition. The only sad thing is the heated pool is completely close. Over all is good.

A good valie for the money.

Great stay overall. Only complaint was when they cleaned my room. They didnt put creamer and suger with the coffee. Other than that, a great stay. Coffee is on at 5am in lobby. Always great for an early riser such as myself.
