So convenient. Beach is right across road. Can watch and hear surf from room. Right on edge of strip so easy to get downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Most of the staff was lovely, however; there was a gentleman at the front desk that was making all the people who booked thu an app ( like Hotels.com) feel like liars, He was agitated and loud, stating that "Expedia does not pay the hotel, and that we need to pay at time of check in") Even if we had a paid receipt. It was embarrassing and handled in the worst way possible. I have no doubt that he was correct, but what a lousy way of handling it. We were with another couple who were appalled as well.
