Staff and didn't like we're it was located was not able to sleep kid's next door to me kept me up all night besides all that it was only okay but all and all sorry not for me will never return.

Did like having a place for the price that we had covered parking. Location was great for what we needed. An obvious older hotel but room was a nice side and fine a one night stay

My second stay here, and it was a better experience than the first. I was given a room upgrade without asking and at no charge, which was nice. The hotel is nothing fancy, but the room was clean. Good location in town, about 10 minutes from the beach. Will stay here again.

Children Noisy and Uncontrolled

We were not pleased with our one night stay. Children on the floor above us were very noisy and causing us not to sleep. Motel Manager did go up to the floor and listened to noise, but nothing was done. We therefore stayed only that night and left for another hotel the following morning. Fortunately we have in print that we will be given full credit for the other three days we had planned to stay there. As yet, I have not received the credit on my credit card or have I been notified that there is a credit for the three days by my credit card company. I will contact Travelocity by Monday, August 20 if I do not see the credit on my credit card. MaryAnn Ganz

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the noise. The staff located the noise and were able to tell the guest causing the disruption. We also tried to accommodate you by offering to switch rooms, and move you upstairs towards the end of the building. However, you chose not to. The original reservation was a pre-paid reservation through Travelocity/Expedia so the hotel were not able to credit you directly. That will be done by them.

Although it served its purpose, this hotel was very disorganized. The staff seemed spacey and unknowledgeable about simple things; Our room did not get cleaned one day; which, when you're on a beach all day with kids, you need a clean room; sans SAND. It was disappointing to say the least. Had to ask the front desk to ensure we had our room cleaned the next day; and had to request more towels for the amount of occupants in our room (4); we got 3 towels. Thankfully our room got cleaned the second day after I asked; but it was a rushed job; they were short handed with housekeepers, as their sign was updated while we were there. Won't be returning; but enjoyed our first NH trip.

I do apologize that the room did not get serviced on your second night. It seems to me that the DND was placed and removed when the housekeepers were not there. Again, that should have not happened and we apologize. I have addressed this with our housekeeping staff to better address our guest in the future. We hope you give us another chance in the future when you are again in the area. Thank you for staying with us.

Location: Smutttynose Brewery with Hayseed Restaurant is excellent!
Limited parking, no amenities in rooms. Terrible coffee available in AM

Convenient location for area attractions.

Did a one night stay for the Hampton Seafood Festival. Upon check in I was provided plenty of information relevant to shuttles for the event. Room was decent and was what we expected based on reviews we had read. We were provided a wireless internet access code which we were unable to get to work.

Can be better

Pros: Walking distance of restaurants
Cons: Property appearance over all
Location: Hampton Beach is a 10 minute drive
Great location to Hampton Beach (10 minutes). Variety of restaurants all walking distance. Hotel wise, pool over bleached made our eyes hurt. Jacuzzi also great but once again bleach levels over board. And place needs a well needed make over ASAP looks like it got stock in the 70's
