We did not get the room type that I reserved back in January. I reserved 2 queen beds and the only thing they had was one queen and a pull out sofa. This was not acceptable for the $ I paid for the room and they did not accommodate us in any other way. I am seeking a refund for this reservation as we had to drive to a different brand of hotel in order to find a room for the night. Very disappointed in the service and handling of this situation.

I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. Due to the snow storm, we fell short of room types accommodating those who had lost power & heat during this unexpected event. I don’t want to make any excuses for our short-comings and yes, we should have held your room type. I have addressed my team especially the front desk staff on better and professional ways to handle situations like this is ever to happen again (Hopefully not). I hope this will not keep you from visiting our property again in the near future.

I called to ask for top floor, quiet room-the evening shift said he would make a note. He didn’t, got a third floor room under the wedding party.

We recently stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, roomy, and comfortable, the breakfast was satisfying, the coffee was hot, and the hotel was very easy to get to.

The room they gave me extra small, right next to the elevator and cleaners room. Noisy to say the least. Heat was very erratic abd the bathroom overhead air cleaner on all the time. I would not go there again.
