This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is beautifully appointed and includes a putting green and built in BBQ. Enjoy sitting on your patio barbecuing on an outdoor kitchen, sipping wine and enjoying the covered patio. Mesquite offers 7 champion chip courses within 5 minute of each other, plenty of mountain biking, walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off road ATV's going to the Grand Canyon in 3 1/2 hours or just taking a run up to Flattop mesa for some of the best Mesquite view you will ever see. This home has Granite countertops, beautifully decorated and just minutes from the golf courses.

Fully furnished with luxury amenities and equipped kitchen with basic tools such as a traditional coffee maker so plan to bring your favorite roast! Dishes, cookware, glasses and silverware are also included. All linens, towels and bedding included. Additional bedding may be available at an additional charge such as an air mattress or pack and play. Please contact property management company to inquire about adding these items to your stay.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Only complaint is the soap bars are very small and weren’t in every bathroom. We contacted the management company and they dropped more off but I would bring your own. Would recommend!

softball tournament

Great location to stay for our softball tournament in Mesquite. 7 min from the field. The right amount of beds for our group and the main gathering area was very roomy. If we had more time the backyard would have been super fun with the outdoor eating area and putting green. Added bonus for us was the washer and dryer because our girls got dirty on the fields. We really enjoyed our three day stay. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home was spacious enough for 3 couples and 2 children. The layout was awesome. The backyard was great and fenced. The only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

Four Senior guys stay at 1313 Manchester in Mesquite 10/23-10/27/2023

Our stay at this house was a 3.5 out of 5. The check-in process was great and the check-out process was normal. Three of the men were 66 years old and the fourth was 65 years old, so we are possibly a bit more critical than a younger crowd. The house was overall in good condition, in a nice neighborhood, a nice garage to keep our mini-van rental car in, and convenient to golf courses, restaurants, and the two casinos in Mesquite. The issues were that the furniture in the family room is extremely outdated and very uncomfortable. The mattresses in 3 of the 4 bedrooms were way too soft and very uncomfortable. The three guys complained about how they did not sleep well and their backs were hurting. The only nice mattress reported to me was in the master suite. I stayed in the room with the twin beds. That bedroom definitely needs new mattresses and the decor updated. I did not sleep well while I was there and my back felt worse each day. The one television was not HD in the family room which was a huge disappointment and it would have been nice to have an HD TV in each bedroom as well. Also, "a nice to have" would be several additional hangers in the bedroom closets. If we come back to Mesquite, NV for a golf trip, we will not stay at this VRBO house again, unless the items that I mentioned were taken care of and in good condition. Thank you!

Its the little things

The property was great, but was the little things like no dish soap, not enoigh trash bags, no hand soap and no colorox wipes. The sponges that were left were disgusting to say the least. We had to was a lot of the dishes before use. That was all pretty disappointing. The putting green was not as advertised and there were weeds all over the yard. The grill was filthy and the utensils to clean it were not much better. Great place it was just the little things that were disappointing.
