These 5188 square feet, two story classics feature three spacious bedrooms, all with en suite baths. It has a capacity of 8 adults and 2 children. The first floor and second floor both have master bedrooms with the third bedroom, equipped with two twins, being located on the second floor.
Its open floor plan provides a very family-oriented design with accessibility to the common living and kitchen area for all, but with the privacy afforded by three completely separated bedrooms. The second-floor loft can be utilized as the fourth bedroom or a space offering relaxation and tranquility overlooking the main floor and the two-story exterior glass wall. A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven is ready to recreate old favorites or explore new treats. The lovely furnished deck has a delightful dipping pool perfect for hot afternoon when one just wants to stay close to “home”. The large living, dining, kitchen area enjoys unforgettable vistas through the two-story glass wall, past the deck to views that are a delight to the soul. A washer-dryer allows the refreshing of favorite outfits after rough and tumble activities.
The Loft provides the perfect setting for families or friends who enjoy each other’s company to share the experiences of the day over coffee, at happy hour, and at dinner.
