Incredible place to stay. Clean, afforable, quiet and accommodating. The coffee, tea and snack bar was the cherry on top! This place worked perfect for my family of 6. I would stay again if ever in the Miami area.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and notified the host, but there was little concern or effort to address the issue. In fact he told me it was not a roach and it was a palmetto bug, which is a cockroach. Cleanliness and pest control are important when staying in a rental, and this fell short of expectations. I would not stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The house was so cute and just what we needed. There were snacks and drinks available for us. Grocery stores were close so we didnt need to drive to far to get items. It was very clean and homey. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay and loved the coffee, tea and snack bar. So nice to wake up and use that before we made it to a store. Easy check in and close to everything. Loved the family games that were available to play as well. The neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again!!

Five friends stayed here so we would be fairly close to the Miami Tennis Open.We spent a day touring Miami on the Red Bus then went to the Open the following day. We had a wonderful time.The house fit our needs perfectly.

The house itself was lovely. Very clean super cozy. Vincent was great he responded quickly to all messages. The neighborhood initially made me apprehensive but don't let the look fool you it was really quiet. We weren't as close to south beach as I hoped. And the hard rock was not 5 minutes away. But other than that the house was just as it looks in the pictures.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Haus. Alles war blitzsauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie die Snacks und die Getränke haben uns den Aufenthalt verschönert.Vincent ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber – die Kommunikation war immer schnell, freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen.Die Lage war für uns perfekt: Wir hatten von hier aus eine super Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir waren schnell am Ocean Drive, an der Marina und in den Everglades. Sogar einen Tagesausflug nach Key West konnten wir von hier aus problemlos machen. Die Nachbarschaft ist zudem angenehm ruhig, was nach den langen Ausflügen sehr erholsam war.Wir können diese Unterkunft und Vincent als Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
