ARYA HOTEL STUDIO OCEAN VIEW BALCONY FREE PARKING

This privately owned very spacious studio on the 15th floor of a luxurious waterfront property in Coconut Grove offers slightly ocean view with a balcony.

Two Queen size beds.

Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer, Pool and Jacuzzi Gym, Business Center, 24-hr security.

Free Wifi and Parking in the same building included.

This is a PRIVATE UNIT at Hotel Arya. Since the vacation rental is privately owned, daily housekeeping and additional cleanings are not included with your rental but can be offered at an additional fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN

We understand that some flights arrive too early in the morning time; however, our operation is like a hotel. We have a previous guest that checks out at 10am. Between 10 am to 3 pm, we inspect, clean and sanitize the unit properly. It is important to respect the time frame for a better experience.

CHECK-IN after 3pm. Late check-in fee $50 after 11pm.

CHECK-OUT before 10am. As we need to get the apartment ready for the next guest. There will be a late $100 late check out fee after 10am.

Some essentials such as towels, pillows, bed sheets, hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided at the day of check-in. We do not provide extra on those essentials during the stay.

Other things such as paper towel, body wash, dish or laundry detergent etc.. are not provided at the day of check-in so the guests are welcome to bring their own.

There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.

We love this area for walkability, and it has a decent rooftop pool. This guest room was very clean and updated and well stocked for the kitchen items you may need to have coffee, a snack or take out meal, the only thing we were not expecting was how low to the ground the beds were. It was fine for us but can be difficult to get in and out of. Had good communication with the host and we would definitely stay here again.

Terrific apartment, really well laid out - appreciated the soft towels and how they were presented on the bed when we came in. Owners were very communicative. Short walk to Coco Walk which has lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Terrific place!

The property was amazing! It is as listed and the photos don’t do it justice. It is BEAUTIFUL! The checkin process was easy, communication with the host was great
they were friendly and profession. The view was our favorite part. It had everything we needed to cook. The pool/jacuzzi area was nice, but it rained majority of our time there so we didn’t get to check it out until the last day. Check in was a breeze, beds were comfy. The only feedback is the WiFi, it wasn’t the best with the smart tv so we used the hotspot on our phone and it worked perfectly. That’s probably the only feedback since the WiFi is the hotel’s and it’s shared.

What a view!!!

Complex and room were very clean. Easy check in, friendly front desk. Can't beat the view from this room! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sail boats. Great location, close several restaurants and a short drive to several attractions. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Everything was great!!!!. From the Checking process to the check out. Property was super clean and smelled great. well kept unit close to everything. Restaurants, Local Landmarks, and so much more. Looking to rebook this property As Fast As Possible. LOL.
