➤ Please note: Building registration is required prior to arrival. I will need the ID of the first guest checking in, the primary guest’s email address and the full names of all additional guests for check in approval.



➤ Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans; anything larger than that may face difficulty.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.



➤The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids' playground, and lounge. Please, make yourself at home!



➤Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Public Transportation: Hop on the Metromover, Miami's free automated people mover system, to easily travel around the area and beyond. The nearby Metrorail Station connects you to various parts of Miami-Dade County.



Rideshare Services: Grab a ride with popular rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are readily available in the area. Simply use your smartphone to request a ride and reach your destination hassle-free.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.



➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.



➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
