It was very disappointing. It started at the airport, we called for a shuttle, it never came. We called the hotel. They said it was coming, again it never came. We called one last time and they said that the shuttle only comes every hour and that we must have missed it. When we questioned why we weren’t told before when we called, they hung up on us. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to make a complaint about it, we were told that the GM is only available by email. We asked for a phone number and they said that they would have her call us back on Monday, she never did. We called to follow up and again never received a return phone call. We got to our room. The room smelled very musky.There was wet toilet paper on the bathroom floor. The only thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the restaurant downstairs.

I am requesting a refund for my paid stay that did not happen. I did not stay at this hotel due to the fact that I never got picked up. We waited for several hours after making several calls informing that we were waiting at gate 24 as was instructed. I need to be refunded promptly.

This location is great for cruisers. There's a $12 shuttle fee to and from the Port of Miami. The shuttle also goes to and from the airport. I've been twice so far and found the rooms and facilities spotless. I liked being able to dine in the restaurant and not having to search for food when coming in from traveling at late hours. The food is delicious and represents the culture of Miami. Plates average around $14. The atmosphere at the bar is friendly and lively and so are the staff. Everyone was welcoming and supportive in any way that they could. All good vibes. Youndaro provides exceptional guest service and takes pride in what he does.
