Staff was horrible. Limited English speaking ability. Both Elevators broke and staff literally told me it was my problem to find a way down 7 flights, with luggage, even though I’m handicapped.

A little expensive for one night, but they offered a free shuttle from the Miami airport and for a very small fee, transportation to the cruise port. Well worth the one stop shop.

Our room wasn’t vacuumed and just over all very dirty, did not feel comfortable in the room. We also showed up and our room was already unlocked and took a couple tries to get it to lock for our key to work. Very disappointed for the price, no reason it should have been that much.

They worked really hard to fix a mix up on reservation. We arrived way before check in because we got off the ship from our cruise a lot earlier than expected. They stored our luggage and got us into a room shortly before noon. Very friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Doral. The accommodations, staff, hospitality and professionalism were outstanding. Being within walking distance to a shopping mall and a free area shuttle definitely sealed the deal. A huge and well-deserved shout out to George who carved time out of his extremely busy schedule to “chauffeur’ his many guests (me) around the area. I will definitely be returning to the Doubletree Doral very soon!

I thought ut had free breakfast like most of these motels. We have stayed in many of them. Most of the Best Westerns are always 1,/2 under construction. Carpet is filthy. Bottom of all the doors are falling apart. Walls are 1/2 painted. Dirty stained furniture.. The last one I stayed we asked to move to another room. Carpet was ripped up. Service at front desk was always fine

Hotel is going through remodel of sorts, our room was extremely damp, bathroom door did not close tight due to moisture. They had a dining option/cafe but did not open til 4:00 and was very small. No restaurants close to hotel other than Chipotle & another cafe. However, we did find an awesome Italian restaurant called Cafe Italia!! Cute spot and great food. About mile away. Staff was great at hotel & airport shuttle nice to have.
