Nicely furnished with Master bedroom oceanfront and gorgeous views from your king size luxury bed, guest bedroom has 2 single twin beds and direct ocean views, a full guest bathroom, and a rollaway can be added in living room for 1 additional sleeping. A one-of-a-kind very large direct panoramic oceanfront balcony with telescopic doors for full exposure to the ocean and Miami Beach - great for hosting and entertaining. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean. WiFi and Cable TV included.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 4 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 5 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and brand new fitness center are in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
