Between October 8 and December 30, 2025, the building will be replacing windows and balcony doors. During this period, access to the unit may be needed. We will coordinate with you to make it as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your understanding.

Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

Rates start at $20 per day and vary by length of stay:
• 3 days – $45 • 7 days – $90 • 14 days – $125 • 31 days – $175

All guests must be 21 or older to book and check in.

Early Check-In:
While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if availability allows. A $80 early check-in fee applies and is subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.

Laundry Facilities
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor. After exiting the elevator, turn left; the laundry room is the second door. To use the machines, please purchase a blue laundry card from the front desk. Each wash or dry cycle costs $2.50.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or shared areas. A $500 fee applies for violations.

Doors & Windows:
Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning performance and prevent humidity damage to the property and furniture.

Due to the tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated by monthly pest-control services. Keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.
