Terrible customer service. Front desk staff unfriendly. I paid for a late check… when they knocked on my door at 11, I had to call the front desk—— with my self phone since none of the phones in the hotel worked— and I was told that the 40 & check out WAS TO BE APPROVED. ITS NOT GUARANTEED. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME WHEN I CHECKED IN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FRONT DESK STAFF. VERY UNPLEASANT… I wish I would have just paid more $$$ and get great customer service

No ADA access in front of the hotel. Broken elevators closest to the room. No clear direction on parking. The room smelled like mildew.

The hotel appears to be in good condition, although it could use some better maintenance. The room is a good size, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The only downside that made our vacation less enjoyable was definitely the poor air conditioning. The humidity was unacceptably high. Breakfast is a plus: varied and good quality. The outdoor terrace is gorgeous. The beach has direct access and is spotless. The beach service is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
