Great spot in a great location!

Great spot within the Designer District. The property itself was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay! Check-in process was good and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll definitely consider this again if ever we're back in town. Highly recommend!

You CAN please all the people!

Traveling as 2 parents with 4 young adult children (20+). First time to Miami. We took a stab in the dark regarding the specific area to book accommodations. We hit the jackpot. This property is fully updated and had all the amenities needed for a fantastic memory making trip. It is within walking distance of the Miami Design District and some epicurean gems like Mandolin and Palat (make reservations before you arrive as they stay booked). The property is gated and has an alarm system if you have safety concerns. We felt safe walking the neighborhood even after dark. The host provided clear communication as necessary and was appropriately in touch. We enjoyed the backyard for morning coffee and the pool table for evening competition. We ate most meals out so the dining area was used for card games and provided ample space for games. We would recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Incredibly convenient location right by the design district. My friends and I stayed here - we loved the pool table, the cleanliness of the property, and the comfort of the beds! 100% would stay here again.

Great location for Miami Boat Show

The home is very clean with all the necessities and amentities we needed for our visit to Miami. Our purpose was to attend the Miami Boat Show. We cooked breakfast and prepared our snacks in their well equipped kitchen every morning. We Ubered to the show and back again. It was located close to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store within a 1/2 mile. We enjoyed a cookout one evening in their beautiful back yard with lots of seating and accommodations. Marsha is an excellent host and made our experience seamless and responded quickly when we had a question.
