Luxurious modern apartment with all necessary appliances and features for comfort living. Ideal space to live (and/or work from home) and enjoy life fully. Modern building (6yo) with doorman and amenities (heated rooftop pool with spectacular view, gym, sauna, steam room, two level lounge area, valet parking for additional fee, security system with fob key access, amazon hub) located in the hot spot of Downtown Miami. Very convenient location (Whole Foods next block, walking distance to the Brickell City Center, 10-15 minutes ride to the South beach or Biscayne beach, Super popular restaurants are around the corner, Metromover (free public transportation) is minutes away). For the comfort and safety of all tenants building requires background check (100$ fee paid directly to the Building management, application is filled online and takes about 5 business days to clear )

Paulo is a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was extremely clean upon check-in and well stocked. Really enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning again in the future.

What a wonderful extended stay!! The apartment is perfect for short or longer term stays- I had to be in Miami for around 4 months so this was perfect. The spacious studio is perfect for a single person or couple and was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, esp a washer:dryer in unit! The views were amazing from the balcony and I loved opening up the electric blackout blinds to find the sunshine filling the space. Great location- just a couple of blocks from Whole Foods and close to some great places to eat (explore Julia and Henry close by!)- easy to catch a bus to South Beach, and I walked around the neighbourhood a lot. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in Miami. The owner was super about communicating if you have any questions or minor issues. The photo was one of many I took from the balcony!

Great Work From Home Spot

This place seriously exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant to book because the description mentioned that I had to complete a lease agreement, I’m so glad that didn’t deter me. That was super easy and it was approved within a day, it’s essentially a background check which is nice knowing other people staying in the building had to do the same. You really do need to be on a lease because they have 24 hr concierge that may need to call you if you get food delivered and they let you know if there is scheduled maintenance in the building. I was nervous to get the keys at a nearby coffee shop but I was able to add multiple stops to my Lyft ride so it wasn’t bad and the coffee shop is close by. I stayed for a month and worked from home. The studio had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. This unit had AMAZING work views from the desk, you can see the ocean and cruise ships coming and going. The internet was fast! The night view of the city was my absolute favorite, there are a couple chairs to sit in and just enjoy the view and city sounds. The unit must have hurricane proof windows because the unit is very quiet when the sliding doors were closed. The gym had just enough enough equipment to get a good workout in, the views from the gym were also amazing! The pool was great with amazing views. I didn’t have a car and I didn’t end up needing one, I averaged 6 miles a day and enjoyed walking everywhere. I found it to be a very safe area! 10/10 I’d rent again
