Our sleek, modern condo is situated in a prime downtown Miami location, offering easy access to everything! Within minutes, you can be at Bayside Marketplace, Brickell City Centre Mall, the Wynwood Arts District, Miami Beach, South Beach, and more. Not only are you surrounded by some of the best Miami has to offer, but youâll also enjoy top-notch amenities right at home. Spend the day lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking up warm rays on a lounge chair, or napping under a palm tree. The building features a yoga room and a well-equipped gym with high-end equipment to keep up with your daily routine. After a great workout, pamper yourself at the spa and detox in the sauna.

Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The mandatory resort fee of $38.50/night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Youâll be in a prime location in downtown Miami, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, cultural sites, and event venues like Kaseya Center! Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, youâll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).
Getting Around:
The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

Important Information for Your Stay at The Gale Hotel & Residences
- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.
- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance
Resort Fee & Amenities
- A mandatory Resort Fee of $38.50 per night is due at check-in and must be paid directly to the front desk. This fee provides access to premium amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, specialty dining, lounges, and more. Please note: This fee is set by the hotel and is not affiliated with the host.
Check-In & Identification
- Check-in is done at the front desk with assistance from one of our onsite representatives.
- Guests must provide their exact arrival time to avoid delays. (After 11pm check-in is an additional $50 fee. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, an additional $35 fee will apply.)
- A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in or during your stay.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book this accommodation.
- A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit may be required.
Guest Policy
- Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay.
- Any visiting guests must be greeted in person by the main guest on the reservation.
- The front desk will not allow access to unidentified guests.
Deliveries & Packages
- Youâre welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.
- Food deliveries must be received by guests in the designated area next to the front desk.
House Rules
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo. ($300 fine plus a $100 cleaning fee).
- No drug use or illegal activity is permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or loud noise after 10:00 PM.
Cleaning & Damages
- Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee â please let us know in advance.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess. (Extra $100 cleaning fee may be applied if necessary).
Pets & Children
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee, subject to availability â please request in advance.

Gorgeous, big apartment. Great location very walkable to places or so handy with the metro mover. Great communication with the host - instant replies. Check in process, they were in constant communication to see when we arrobw to meet us at check in. Thank you ! We really thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The property was exactly as the online description online. Love the bathroom. The host kept in touch with us from check in and we were allowed the have a late checkout that was better suited for our travel plans. Lots to do in the area for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a place downtown.
Overall it was a good stay in an active, hopping location. The check-in process was cumbersome and unclear even with the host sending several "check-in" messages there was no clear indication as to where to meet up with the host once we arrived on property. Also we waited 20 minutes to try to catch an elevator from the 25th floor due to completely full elevators coming down from the top floors. We ended up having to walk down 25 floors!!!! That is not acceptable at a Luxe Condo offering and the price we paid. It would have cost us 75 for valet parking with a line 10 cars deep, however, we parked offsite for 30 overnight (no in and out privileges though.) The onsite restaurant at the condo/hotel was good, but not great. Loved being able to walk over to Bayside Marketplace where there were great food options, music, and the Skyviews Observation Wheel. All in all as I said a good stay that could be made better with a few tweaks.
