The apartment features an open layout concept with an en suite bedroom/ bathroom combination. There is also a generous size den with its own private door for guests. The apartment is on the top floor it is bright and airy, with soft natural light pouring in through the floor to ceiling windows. It has a beautiful water view when in the balcony with a beautiful cover. Enjoy a cup of morning tea or evening wine on the private top floor of the balcony surrounded by lush greenery and water.
