Step into luxury with this chic Miami-style 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom modern villa with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Skyline. The luxurious home spans over 3,333 square feet and is one of a few single-family homes located on the highly desired Biscayne Island, facing South. The villa has been newly renovated, featuring high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and has everything you need for entertaining. Enjoy a beautiful courtyard garden with a heated swimming pool
If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host`s sole determination) in the same destination. It was perfect for our Miami getaway!
Our stay was absolutely delightful and exceeded all expectations! The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group. Every room having its own bathroom was a huge plus. The team was super accommodating, and everyone loved the pool and game area. 10/10
