i read the reviews before staying and they had me worried but we have nothing but good to say! we stayed in the 2 bedroom duplex with 2 baths full kitchen living room an GIANT DECK! Everything was well stocked and very very clean! I am a cleaning lady myself so I am alway extra crucial but this place was amazing. Right on the water, little restaurant on side and a deli/market on lower level for all your needs. Service was great, had vallet parking and was perfect. The pool was under construction but we came for the beach. I give this place a 10 and recommend it to all:) It is a little outdated if you like brand new but we had solid glass wall looking out over the ocean, it was awesome!!!!!

We couldn check in early the sheets did not look clean at all and the pool was under construction so the beach was the only option asked for a late check out the lady at desk said come down early at about 8 get down there at 8 to find out they don’t open until 10 so I go back down there at 10 for them to tell me that I can’t do a late check my room has been rented out but we can keep you luggage until your ready to go to the airport I have stay at the property a few time and never had a problem I will never stay here again

Plese don't be fooled by posted pictures, Reality is very far from rosy pictures. Expedia is more worst then New Point Management. I need to change room 3 times,found broken Bed, Cocroches and very diry old room.i was waiting for Management to change room untill 12.30 am.they refuse to give me refund to leave hotel to stay somewhere else.Expedia raised hand and refused to help me.

I recently booked a stay at New Point Miami Beach Apartments through Hotels.com, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One major aspect that significantly impacted my vacation was the unexpected renovation of the pool. The lack of information about the pool closure on both the Hotels.com website and during the booking process was extremely disappointing. This omission deprived me of a crucial amenity that was a deciding factor in choosing this accommodation. Communication from the hotel regarding the closure was also lacking. I would have appreciated receiving this information in advance, allowing me to make an informed decision or explore alternative accommodations. Despite my efforts and those of the Hotels.com customer support team to secure a refund or compensation, the property management was unyielding in their stance. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of transparency and assistance in resolving this issue was disheartening.

The room is outdated and poorly maintained. It’s only somewhat clean. Check in was poor communication. We were told parking was free then we were told we needed to pay $38 for parking. Then we had to go back and forth between and office and security desk while pregnant and with a toddler to get our parking validated. We were given the wrong gate code for the beach. The area is nice but this was not worth the price we paid and would not stay here again
