This Sunny Isles apartment was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, directly across from the beach, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean with a great open floor plan, making our stay so enjoyable. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, adding to the positive experience, and the price for such a prime spot was amazing. We had a wonderful time and are definitely planning to return!

Family fun in the sun vacation

Our family of four stay was great! The check-in at front desk was wonderful and quick. For parking- there should be better directions and markings for garage C, it was a bit tricky to find the first time around but afterwards it was no problem getting back to the proper parking. The apartment was spacious and nicely renovated which was much appreciated, though the shower could use an update as well. Also, could use a new coffee maker or clean one but the water kettle was a great option for making tea instead or maybe provide a french press? Aside from that the kitchen was well equipped for all needs. The location was great as it was only a five minute walk(if that) to the beach. Check out process was also very simple. Appreciate the 24hr front desk attendants as well as security. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is very good the beach just across the beach. To improve: confortable chairs in the condo. There were no Wine glasses and only 4 plates. Would recommend They equip the kitchen a bit better. Overall ok condo, however it would need a bit of rénovation and paint.

Check in process was not smooth. No help or luggage cart to move in. Apartment was clean. Furniture uncomfortable and inadequate. Flimsy outdoor furniture for inside. There was no heat. Only had a portable space heater after complaining about cold. Apt was 68 degrees. Laundry was not in the apartment but down the hall. You had to pay 5$ for the card and had to put a minimum of $10 as credit. After washing there was no dryer available so had to wait over an hour for the dryer. Took 3 hours to do 1 load of laundry. Very inconvenient.

Beautiful apartment with great views!

In general it’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful views, however, few things are important to note. The second bedroom is much hotter than the main area. There’s nothing wrong with ac it’s just that this room the vents are blowing much less than the main area. We were ok with it but if you like to sleep in a cold bedroom it might be an issue. There was also no garbage trash in the kitchen. I think adding garbage trash container would be helpful. Management was very responsive even on weekends which was very nice. The apartment looks just the way it’s on the pics and very clean. Overall it was very nice and super quiet! I was surprised how quiet it was! Also please get your own bottle opener if you like to drink wine or beer. I think adding those things would be nice.

Highly recommended!

Wow, what a wonderful experience! The building is in the perfect location, just across the street from the beach. It has valet parking, security, clean laundry facilities in every floor, clean pool and lounge area, a gym, a mini-mart and a parking spot assigned to the unit. The apartment is super cute and in perfect condition with all the necessary appliances, silverware, plates, cups, linens, towels, beach chairs and everything you will need to feel at home. Plus it has a comfy king size bed. The manager, Alfonso, is a class act! He is very attentive, communicative, friendly, respectful and the most considerate manager I have ever dealt with. I needed an extra table for my laptop and work stuff, he provided it quickly and with a smile. I needed assistance with something heavy, he sent his handyman who was already in the building. He responds and resolves quickly, always keeping a friendly and professional demeanor. Both the check-in and check-out were done effortlessly and my entire experience was just superb! I highly recommend this unit and renting from Alfonso!!

The property is beautiful, exactly how it is pictured in the pictures but better in person! It was clean and check-in was quick. Alfonso, the property Manager is AMAZING to say the least. He is so responsive and attentive to any and all your needs before, during and even after, ensuring that you had a safe flight home. He is kind, easy to work with and it was a pleasure working with him and staying here. My family of 4 and I loved it, the pool was huge, great for the kids and us parents! We will be staying here again as a Family and any other property Alfonso is Managing!!!
