Parking: Only valet parking is available on-site, and it works just like a hotel valet service. This service is managed by the building, not us as hosts. For a more affordable option, there is a public parking garage available on the same block as the building.
Building Amenities: You have full access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, and on-site dining. However, please note that this unit is managed privately by MiaVillas, independent of the hotel’s program. Guests are required to sign a waiver acknowledging this arrangement. Daily housekeeping is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
