Great Stay & Great Host Communication

Clean, pictures on the listing were exact, cooking utensils, pots & pans were not warn down & low quality (like most places). Susie & Gizelle (hosts) were on point with the entire process!! Awesome customer service & communication! the only thing i can say negative about the stay was the parking garage. If you have a large car, beware of the concrete curb guards that are on EVERY level that you drive up! If you are not an experienced driver, you will mess up a rim or two. Lol

Excellent hostess team and good location; not so great party scene and parking spot on the 10th flr.

We were impressed with the smooth check-in process, the excellent communication with the hostess team, their professionalism, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the accurate apartment description online. We did not use the kitchen (not even the refrigerator) but did open the cabinets, and all seemed to be there. Less impressive was the "party scene." Something was always going on in the lobby; one day, even spilled drinks. The lobby staff was very efficient and quick to solve any issue. I was also impressed with their kindness when I went to recycle, and the janitor noticed that I needed help and quickly, without asking, came to help me. One day, I woke up to a fight on the street (the apartment is on the 22nd floor, so it is relatively high up, and the racket still came through. The parking spot is free (excellent), but it is on the 10th floor, and one needs to drive slowly and carefully. Our rental was an SUV (BMW X4); anything much bigger would be challenging to navigate up and down every day. We ended up having two people go down to the lobby via elevator while the first one who got ready would start descending with the car. Brickell is a very good location for all that Miami has to offer. In summary, the staff is excellent, and the location is good. Be careful when parking and with the party scene.

Very clean apartment with high-quality equipment. Manager responds promptly, great communication. Apartment located on the North side of a short-term rental friendly high-rise in best area of Brickell, one block away from the ocean. Large balcony.
