A receptionist can make or break a holiday stay. She was curt, short and unhelpful, plus answered the phone while she was checking us in. The room is great!

Very convenient for the airport and car rental center. Good shuttle service. Very busy hotel and only one of two elevators working, making it very frustrating. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast was fine but trying to eat with small plastic cutlery and from polystyrene bowls (often the case in the states) makes the experience a lot less enjoyable. Time for these 3 star + hotels to surely up their game.

Checkin was easy. Our room was spotless. We loved the large shower! Breakfast was great. We loved all of the toppings for oatmeal and waffles. They even had gluten free muffins. Our only complaint was how the port shuttle was handled. We signed up for the cruise shuttle ($20/person) but there didn’t seem to be a system for checking that the people got on the shuttle at their assigned time, or monitoring that the number of people at a certain time could be accommodated. A large group signed up at our same time and they took the shuttle when it arrived. The shuttle driver said that another shuttle was on the way. We waited over an hour and then ordered an Uber. Granted, traffic to the port was terrible that day, but 25+ people should not have been allowed to sign up for a shuttle at a specific time if the shuttle couldn’t take that many people.
