New Listing! Located in the heart of Middletown. This home is in the process of being decorated and renovated. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting home, tastefully decorated to create a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. Large yard and a roof top deck with the Eastons Pond view. You couldn't ask for a better spot, close to the beaches and Newport downtown. The owner lives in the cottage, guests have 100% privacy.
The space
The house is being updated with furniture and room layouts. The whole interior has been fully painted, and new kitchen floors, hardware, white cabinets, and appliances have been installed. Updated pictures will be added as rooms are done.

Great stay, beautiful home!

We had an excellent stay at this property for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend in Newport. The house is in a great location and although it is close to the main roads, it feels secluded and quaint! The entire weekend was excellent! The only small issue is we wish we knew in advance that you can only park 4 cars on the property. With 12 girls staying at the house coming from many different states & cities, we had 9 cars total but nowhere to park 5 of them.It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time.Everything else was great! Plenty of room for a fun weekend - clean, well-decorated and safe! A great experience overall.

10/10 Trip!

We had a great stay at Danielle’s house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time in the outdoor spaces. Danielle was very responsive and helped accommodate all of our needs. The location of the house was perfect! We were within a 10 minute drive/uber ride to the beach and downtown Newburyport! Would definitely recommend this house to any group looking for a Newport getaway!
