Tradewind Haven I - New 5-Bed Townhouse Near Newport

This spacious townhouse-style unit is perfect for larger groups traveling together! Recently constructed for a fresh comfortable feel with modern amenities. Enjoy multiple levels with two living spaces, full kitchen, and second floor kitchenette. Outdoor space to enjoy on each level with seating and grill. Other features include mini-split AC, in-unit laundry, and parking for 4. Super close to Newport Vineyard and local farms and just a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport and Middletown beaches!
Dogs are considered but must be approved by the property manager (+$200 per stay)

Clean, spacious, everything you need for your trip to Rhode Island. Basic amenities from soaps, towels, hair dryers, iron and steamer included as well as some extras like locally roasted coffee, tea, snacks and some beach chairs.

Each room has a minisplit heat/AC which allows you to customize the temperature independently in each room.

Baby items such as gates and pack and play with sheets.

The property manager was immediately responsive when the keypad code failed at check in and even came to the house to make sure it worked property. All along, in the booking process, she responded to messages immediately. We were especially grateful to you for extending our check out time at the last minute. The house itself was perfect for our needs - very spacious and beautifully furnished.
