Rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds a very comfortable. The service we good at both check in and check out. I was also impressed by the selection and quality morning breakfast buffet.

Beds too high....pillows are horrid... hand soap and lotion too high up on bathroom wall to reach and need at least 2 chairs in the room to sit on as well as at least 2 suitcase stands in the room

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at The Hampton Inn Midland. It was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. The location is easy to find, and convenient to many of Midland’s attractions and the downtown. The hotel is modern, cheery and very clean. The decor features local scenes and highlights. Our room was very comfortable, attractive and well-appointed. We found the breakfast room quiet and comfortable and the buffet offered many tasty options. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby 24 hours. The pool and gym were great. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet was very low rate. The sausage paties tasted like cardboard. The pictures on hotel site showed real breakfast sausage. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs. Accomodations were nice but they refused me an accesability room. They also refused to give me my CAA discount. Lobby was nice and clerk was extra kind, and suggested a great restaurant. Not unhappy, but not totally happy.

Surprised to learn they charge $75 for pets Its a pet friendly hotel but they really are discouraging pets with this kind of surcharge. And you cant leave your pet unattended even with a pet crate. Otherwise the hotels great. Hopefully i get my $50 damage deposit back. Last time it took weeks to get it back (didnt have a dog that time)

Overall excellent stay however on check out we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with hot water in our shower but we did not mention it on check out due to staff member not bothering to ask how our stay was.
