"Pre-arrival it was impossible to get anyone to answer a call for questions. I was put on hold 3 times and never got answered. The in-room phones were inoperative for our entire 3 night stay. Couldn't call front desk, valet, for a cart to help with luggage, Nothing! Completely dead. If you're hungry don't think you will have even half decent service in the restaurant (and I use that term loosely). Rooms were clean and maid service accomodating. Front desk was very nice and pool was fun. Swim up bar service was very good and friendly.To sum it up, the outdoor pool experience was satisfactory+ The indoor experience was far below satisfactory."

"First, the lobby smells horrible. The bathroom in the room was way outdated and definitely not clean. Then on the last morning of our stay, as I’m getting dressed, housekeeping knocked on the door, multiple times and multiple times I told them we would be out momentarily (this was only 10am, checkout is 11am) but they opened my room door anyways! I was mid getting dressed!! I will not be staying at this hotel again."

"Decent place to stay. It was a pretty typical $125-$150 hotel. I wouldn’t pay more than that. Parking is a bit of a mess. Elevators were fast. Just request being away from the dogs. Several with dogs and the barking was annoying."

"The hotel was nice however there were children running around and staff did not tell them to not run and pool was dirty and messy. Room was nice just smelled musty and walls looked like they needed a nice touch up!"
