Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time at the property. Everything was well organized, the accommodation was comfortable, and the general experience fully met my expectations. There were just a couple of small points that could be improved. Because I made the reservation through Hotels.com, it was a bit difficult to contact the property directly. The booking code was not recognized, and communication was only possible through the Hotels.com platform, which made things slightly less convenient. This felt a bit surprising, as I did receive promotional or commercial emails from the property without any issues. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection could have been clearer. It was not immediately obvious how to connect to the internet, and no Wi-Fi name or password was provided upon arrival. Once connected, everything worked fine, but clearer instructions would have been helpful. That said, these were only minor details in an otherwise very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The area was nice and felt safe, the only issue was that the air conditioner wouldn't come on so it was very hot in the apartment, and it seems like the bathroom maybe had a heated floor, so it was hard to be in there for too long. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

Good location, terrible apartment

The location was good but the apartment is in desperate need of a make over. The apartment walls and sofa were badly stained and the downstairs bed was broken (it looked like they attempted a repair but this resulted in a V shape in the mattress making sleeping very uncomfortable). The air con in the downstairs bedroom was also broken. Communication was poor, they said they would fix the air con as it was a hot weekend but they didn’t turn up when they said they would. There were ants in the bathroom, it looked they were living under the shower and the toilet was stained!

Nice place and good location in Chinatown

Very nice and spacious place. Cool layout with the livingroom and kitchen in one place, next to the bathroom and bedroom no. 1. Bedroom no. 1 also has an extra "room" connected to it with stairs going 1 floor up. Bedroom no. 2 is located on up one stairs on top of the livingroom, with no separate wall or door, so if someone is staying below in the livingroom talking, everything can be heard in bedroom no. 2. Furnitures were nice while the location in Chinatown is excellent based on the varieties of food and beverage options in the area. The place was overally clean, but there were ants issues while we were there. There were ants crawling up from several places in the living room and the bathroom, and since we were staying with two small kids, they didn't like the ants and we have to constantly kill the ants we could see, but they would crawl up from somewhere again every morning. So therefor we can't give top score for this place due to this issue. Hopefully the owner will sort this out before next guests.

Easy accommodation in Milan

All in all good - the kitchen had some things missing which would have been nice to have, like an oven dish when there is an oven. Bathroom had some renovation repairs left, but the main thing was the large bedroom would not heat up like the rest of the flat, so beware in winter time. The location is great, and otherwise it is a pleasant flat for a short stay. Washing machine saved us, so also good to have.
