Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect to a wide range of walking. The only suggestion I have would be to create a raise for the entry of the shower so the water doesn't leak under the shower door. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff.

The patio was wonderful, they take great care of the plants on the balcony and it is a beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sight seeing. Staff was wonderful, the entrance was a little strange, but it was kind of fun

This was a lovely place to stay for our four night visit to Milan. It was within walking distance to the major parts of the city. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfasts were very satisfying, including the freshly baked cakes that added a homey touch.

Staff are very helpful and there is a 24 hour reception at this hotel-serviced apartment. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Tiny TV but who’s here to watch the news?! Get on foot and get moving, you’re in the heart of it all. Loved being back in Milano and would consider staying here again.

Absolutely love, love this place!! Incredible location with 5 minute walks to the Duomo, alla Scala, Sforza Castle, and Pinacoteca di Brera. I dare you to find a sweeter and more caring staff. Cannot say enough great things about this unique hotel. Wonderful spacious room with great views. Amazing walkable location to duomo and local dining. Great staff and breakfast. Thoroughly recommended. One tip for the management team though - your ferns in the window boxes obscure the view from the windows, might be time to trim them down or replace them with smaller ones !
