I would love to have given hotel 5 stars and I’m not usually a picky person but there were just areas that could be improved. The curtains had rather big black dirty marks on them, the couch in our room looked dirty too, I would not have sat on it. A shelf under the sink would be more useful than that wire rack, easier to store toiletries. The hotel is very convenient for all the main sightseeing in Milan. We also discovered at the bottom of the road there is the new metro which took us straight to Linate airport which was excellent. I wouldn’t say I would not book again if back in Milan, just needs a little tlc.

The place was really good, clean & comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during my stay, which was disappointing. If they can fix that, it would be perfect.

This property has a lot of character and potential for improvement. It appears to be in need of some renovations to enhance its appeal. The ground floor rooms feature windows facing restaurants, which could be an opportunity for lively atmosphere, but may require some adjustments for privacy and comfort. Additionally, increasing the lighting in the rooms could create a brighter and more inviting environment.

Really good hotel in convenient location.

Really lovely hotel close to the Duomo. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great base for a Milano adventure with some nice restaurants in the locality. Easy access to transport routes.

Perfect location. Big room and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast (not included). Helpful staff. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work in our room. I would stay again.

The hotel has no services, no staff to help you with your luggage. You have to do everything on your own. There is absolutely no room service in the hotel. The walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear everyone and you can hear every move they make I had a problem with the hot water during my stay over a week and every time they promised to send the maintenance and they don’t unfortunately it’s an experience I will never do again. I chose this hotel for its location and that was the only good thing about it.

This was my second time staying at Sonder Missouri in Milan, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and its location is super convenient close to everything you might need. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Milan.
