Pathetic customer service, management think is 1980. I committed a mistake in my reservation; asked manager for help explaining in detail the situation and i just got a cold NO BECAUSE IS POLICY answer. I work for hilton hotels and I know for a fact that was I was requesting (a change on date) is done in minutes. I could have been fine with a No for an answer if at least i had the feeling that i mattered but i was just a reservation number. I will patronize hotels that actually care about building loyalty with guests.

An amazing Hotel located near metro and with parking. The staff were outstanding and the concierge Bernie, gave us excellent advice and directions. Everyone should try and stay here when in Milan.

Perfect place to be in Milan

Superb stay. I was upgraded upon checking in despite the hotel being busy with conferences. The staff were super friendly and the room was exquisite. Lovely quiet area of the city, near a metro stop.

I liked the lobby and surrounding area of the hotel. The rooms need some upgrades and the sofa bed was terrible. I was also given a room with electrical problems. They offered to give me a lower category room and offered free breakfast. I did not want breakfast from hotel so I asked for the price difference and front desk said they could not do that. I told them they can give me a lower category room and expect me to pay the same as my reserved room. Finally after an hour or so they said they would clean a room that was available same as what I booked.
