Fabulous apartment and guest experience

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a truly great location. Super clean, very easy check in process, and amazing responsive staff to any and all communications. I always felt like there was someone I could talk to immediately for any questions or issues. It is a "touchless" check in, in that there isn't a person at a front desk, but the staff at Heart Milano were amazing and helped with every step of the journey, including setting up a driver to take us to the airport on our last day. I give this experience 5 stars.

We absolutely loved the condo. Incredible location close to the Duomo and very cozy inside. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very kind. We will be back & highly recommend it to anyone looking!

We travelled with our two teenagers, the property was spacious and local to all the attractions. We were happy with the overall experience of our stay. The only negative would be, due to it being so central, that it was a little noisy with local trams and roads - but there were earplugs provided by the management team. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo and within easy walking distance to all major sites, shops, and cafes. The building itself is beautiful – a perfect blend of vintage marble elegance with modern touches. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The managers were very kind and responsive. Overall, just a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.

The amenities in the apartment were great. 2 outdoor, covered dining spaces, a full kitchen with Nespresso machine and everything needed to cook a meal. Spacious rooms were a big plus when traveling with kids. Host was super responsive.

Great location!

The location was great. Just 4 minutes walk from the duomo, lots of restaurants & shops. There is also a convenience store just across the apartment. It was just a bit warm during some parts of the day and air conditioning could not be turned on till end of April which was according to Milan law as we were told. As we stayed in March, that was a bit of a bummer. But the staff was kind enough to send two fans to the apartment. There was also some noise from the street as mass transit was nearby. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s fine. But the apartment was large and comfortable and the service from the staff was great. I would stay here again!
