We had a small problem but they sorted it out swiftly. Receptionists there were friendly and helpful most of the time. We enjoyed a restaurant one of them recommended us. He was always smiling which made us feel comfortable in this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in a twin room. It was clean. The beds are comfortable. Bed sheets and towels changed daily. The staff were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Informed them off my Gluten allergy and at breakfast I was given a selection of gluten free options. I would definitley recommend.

Staff and service very good. Short walk to connecting metro stations. Street noise i distruptive, especially frequent sirens. One disappointing issue was hidden charges for mini bar - no information or prices, and website states complimentary water / one beer / savoury snack per day and were precise contents of the mini bar. Charged at end of stay for consumption.

Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. However room temperature was extremely warm and could not be lowered. Shower was too small to manoeuvre comfortably. Beds were very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good and parking was fight in front of the building. The hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent. On the other hand, the room was extremely hot ( in November!) and could not be cooled. Opening a window was hardly an option given the constant loud noise of the traffic. As a result, sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Staff members are professional and helpful. Room is clean, bed is a little too soft, bathroom is fine shower is too small for large person. Overall room is comfortable enough for couple days. Walk to Duomo is 15 to minutes easy to navigate once know way hard to find 1st time. Lots of place to eat around hotel, safe to walk around even though looks are deceiving.
