Great hotel, yes, butā€¦

The hotel was super good and in a great position. I had a fun check in as they gave me a room which wasnā€™t clean, then I had to wait for another one to be available. I have used their laundry service and they lost my pj which was found the day after. I would expect a bit of discount for the incovenience on this but nothing.

Bad doors

Room was renovated but shower head and doors condition was needed repaired. Bathroom door bottom was of painted and the entrance door of the room was stacked on the half way opened. Bed pillows are not good neither, so I hardly could sleep.

The hotel is not near the centre of Milan, 20 to 30 minute walk to the cathedral square, we knew this before travelling and we are happy to walk. There is a large park across the road which is lovely to walk through and when we visited in November there was a fair in the park. Room was nicely set out, very comfortable, breakfast was included, buffet style with cooked meals available at a cost, better coffee available at no extra charge if you ask the staff. Bar area is nice and relaxed, comfortable lounging sofas and table and chairs if you prefer, nibbles were provided with the wine. Happy to stay here again.
