The hotel was not terrible, but far from a good experience. The room was acceptable but nothing like what we booked. Overall, the service felt cold and unwelcoming compared to other countries I’ve traveled to. At breakfast, the coffee machine was unavailable, so we had to ask for cappuccino. It took a while, and when it was finally brought, it was delivered with an unfriendly tone. What stood out most was the difference in treatment. Italian-speaking guests were treated with warmth and respect, while our experience felt distant and noticeably less welcoming. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not one I would return

The room was large, clean and modern. The staff was very kind and there is a free mini bar full of non-alcoholic beverages along with a full breakfast spread. There is no phone in the room or room service. You truly don’t need anything! Great location. Can walk to anywhere you want to go!

What at first seems like a no frills hotel will delight you. Located on a small street that feeds into an ideal location a stone’s throw from the duomo and selfie heaven of you’re into that. The staff is courteous and efficient. The room itself is spartan. But it was meticulously clean and the hot water in the shower is infinite. Breakfast is more than just bread and cheese. When I had to stay up for a call on US pacific time business hours, the staff supplied me with bottomless excellent coffee and refused to charge me.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy our beautiful terrace because the weather refused to cooperate! A tasty breakfast was offered in the morning, with made to order specialty coffees, and we enjoyed Aperol Spritzes during the complimentary happy hour. The hotel common areas were beautiful, including an open air atrium, and a patio behind the bar. The location was amazing for our first time visit to Milan, with most of the sights we wanted to see within 6-12 minutes. But the real standout here was the staff! The women at the reception desk were so friendly, personable, and helpful. Taxis, restaurant suggestions, storing our bags, and warm smiles. We felt so welcome, and I’m sure you will be too!
