The hotel was clean overall, and the staff was okay and helpful when needed. When I asked for a kettle, housekeeping brought it to my room within about 5 minutes, which I really appreciated.
The room itself felt a bit outdated. The furniture and overall room setting looked old, and the hair dryer was very poor quality and not convenient to use.
Breakfast was okay, but there were not too many hot food options. However, the pastry selection was great, which was a nice part of the breakfast.
The location is in a quieter area, which is nice if you prefer less noise. It is also only about a 3-minute walk to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around. However, for travelers who want to walk to the major sightseeing areas, the location is not the most convenient. Many of the main city-center attractions require more than a 15–20 minute walk.
Overall, it was a clean and acceptable stay with helpful service, but the rooms could use updates and the location may not be ideal for first-time tourists who want to stay right near the main attractions.
