Front desk, maintenance and meal staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast buffet jag a great variety and was always fresh and well stocked.

Very good 2-night stay at this hotel for a business trip. Clean room with a large en-suite bathroom. Easy to use temperature control unit in the bedroom. No external noise and very little internal noise. Staff were excellent throughout the stay. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but I slept well. Plug in the bathroom sink would not push down all the way so it failed to hold any amount of water. Only one bottle of water in the fridge for the entire stay (not provided with a new one each day), the tap water is drinkable but is not to everyone's taste. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay despite a few areas for improvement.

Hotel is located on a close proximity to Milano Centrale. Property and room were clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Only thing I would say that I would have liked was a softer bed but that is just my personal preference. Overall enjoyable stay.

La colazione era ottima, anche lo staff della reception era molto disponibile e accogliente. L’unico punto negativo era la pulizia iniziale. Abbiamo cambiato stanza perché non era dotata di balcone. Nella quale le finestre erano sporche. Quando abbiamo cambiato la stanza il posacenere era pieno di mozziconi e abbiamo trovato qualche peletto in bagno. Nonostante ciò le altre pulizie erano buone. Tutto sommato un ottimo hotel in bella posizione.
