Great hotel for city trip.

2 nights to visit the city. Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. Bus stop close by Numbers 43 & 81 in to the city or Metro 20 mins walk. Lovely choice of breakfast in hotel. Fridge, kettle in room. Very nice bedding and large bed.

Not much of a selection in dinning both for breakfast or evening meals. There is no other availability for room service until after 7:00pm Hotel needs a good clean. Room in the whole four days was never Cleaned or bed made. You have kettle in room but no other amenities. No mini bar but have mini fridge have to ensure you pull door hard behind you or doesn’t shut. Not who rated it a 4 star definitely not that

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, smaller than they look on the web page. The breakfast salon was extremely crowded, maybe because it was a Sunday and close to new years Eve. Premises are modern and well kept. The hotel is not close to the city center.

Out of the way, but a good stay

With the exception of the two poodle plushies on the bed, the room was as depicted. Very comfortable and clean, as were the public areas. In addition to breakfast, the restaurant is open evenings as well. There is a bus line within walking distance that connects to the tram and Metro systems that accesses the main attractions of Milan.

This place is awesome. It’s easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was delicious. They sign you in so you don’t take advantage of them. The staff was very kind and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant in easy walking distance and one in the hotel.

Good hotel

Good stay, helpful staff, nice and clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the air conditioning let it down. I was told by the caretaker it’s turned off during these months (I visited in October). With three adults sharing a room we needed it cooler but the air conditioning was just blowing out hot air. The lobby and breakfast had air conditioning running perfectly fine, so not sure why they wouldn’t keep it on so the rooms can use it as well.

Comfortable quiet hotel.

Good comfortable room, no milk in the room to have with hot drinks. You had to time breakfast well, as at one point it was chaotic. The hotel is also set in a residential area about a mile north of the main train station, so be prepared to walk. Also the water in the room fridges is not free!
