Bad experience with maintence at Ibis hotel
Front desk service is good when we complained that our room shower drainage had a block causing water to gather and overflow. When the maintance personnel came, we were surprised by his attitude when he said the water had not overflowed to the whole bathroom yet. We had switched off the shower to avoid flooding the whole toilet. Our friend room also faced the similar issue whereby the wash basin was jammed and they had to "clear" the drainage themselves and found to their horror that jam was caused by rubbish like toothbrush and hair. This is really not what we had expected from Ibis hotel experience. Our previous holidays at other Ibis hotel was great.
