Male desk clerk was quite unhelpful when I called on the 5th inquiring about the shuttle about 430PM. He was quasi rude, dismissive and not very helpful. And 25E for a 5 minute ride is utter nonsense. My shower had mold on it and the shower door was broken. And the water temperature was hard to regulate. To be honest it’s kind of a dump. Lastly, I sent several emails to the hotel and not one was returned. Awful. I believe you should give a refund for one night or give me$150 worth of points.

Male at front desk was impatient and discourteous when I called about the shuttle as was the shuttle driver and they charged $30 for a 5 minute drive. Shuttle hours are limited and the hotel is a bit cheesy. Go elsewhere.

The staff were great and accommodating; however, the shower had mold and a missing cover plate. Also, despite my “non-smoking” room, there was a bit of a funky smell. The 1200 checkout time was nice though.

No free bottled water. Tap water terrible. Restaurant closed except for tours and suggested i walk across to another nearby hotel. Old decor no fridge in room Rubbish and butts at entrance Worst hotel in my experience
