Property was lovely, wellmaintained and in a great area. Beds were comfortable and living area was great for the 4 adults including our son’s dog. The check in process was cumbersome to say the least. We received communication through the Vrbo app, separate emails and What’s App but never any consistent means. We got conflicting information and links that didn’t work. Finally by calling Vrbo they connected me to a property manager who helped. But then I continued to receive other messages with conflicting information. Ultimately we got access and had a fine stay but I’d be hesitant to go through this again with other easier options available.
