Serra 16 is a 50 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator, inserted in a well-served and easily accessible urban environment. The spaces, well distributed and functional, make the accommodation a comfortable and welcoming solution, ideal for short and medium-term stays in Milan and suitable for couples, small groups or single travelers.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed, designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The living room, bright and organized in an open space with the kitchen, is equipped with a single sofa bed that offers an additional bed and a Smart TV for moments of relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, allowing practical and independent management of meals. The bathroom, functional and well finished, is complete with all the essential services. The apartment is also enhanced by the presence of a balcony, an ideal outdoor space for relaxing in the open air.
Among the services available to guests are fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The equipment is completed by the washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays, and the practical and easy access to the building thanks to the elevator.
The location is well connected by public transport: in the immediate vicinity there are bus stops such as 48, 57 and 78 , as well as lines 90 and 91 that are easily accessible on foot, allowing quick travel to different areas of the city.
