Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Showed up, the instructions to enter property did not work. Residents of the building let us in, had to call customer service. There was trash inside the apartment, condition of property does not match the photos. Very old and not kept up. Location is ok, easy access to the trams. This was the redeeming factor.

After a long journey with my family, we arrived expecting a clean and welcoming space. Instead, we were met with an apartment that was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds in all rooms were left undone, the bathroom not cleaned, there was food scattered on the floor, the fridge was visibly dirty, and to our shock, spider webs were hanging from the living room ceiling. This is entirely unacceptable and far below the standards promised in your listing.
