Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. They also upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There were breadcrumbs on the floor and the carpet had various dirty dark spots all over. The shower tub didn’t drain even after the housekeeper cleaned the drainage. The information packet on the desk had lotion smeared over the top and the chairs also looked dirty.
