We stayed for one night. The location of Maison Milano is excellent if you want to see the Duomo and shop, and the front desk staff is helpful. And although the bathroom was clean and a good size, the amenities are nice, the towels were large and fluffy, the carpeting in the first room we were shown was more than just dingy, it was outright dirty with bits and pieces of dirt that had not been vacuumed. The staff was helpful and changed our room, but the overall dinginess of the carpeting was very off-putting. The hotel does give you slippers, and the bedding was clean and pressed... but the room just felt dirty because of carpeting. Maybe they should change to flooring to a wood composite or something so that it is not so dingy and dirty in the hallways and bedrooms.

The room was large, quiet, and beautiful. The staff was lovely, especially Carlos. Great location, but if you get tired of tourists just head towards the canal to Mag Cafe and say "hi' to Gigi.

Location, location, location—steps from the Duomo! Amazing friendly staff, comfortable room with spacious bathroom, seating area—comfy bed and pillows. Close to restaurants, the classic arcade with shops and restaurants—in the heart of Milan! No marquee at entrance—just the number 4, so taxi driver was instrumental in locating it our first night.

Great little hotel in the center of everything. The staff members were kind, patient, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. You don't need much inside the hotel, since everything is just steps from the front door. We will definitely return.

For Milan, the hotel was reasonably priced and was very convenient to the Duomo area. Surprisingly, the room was quite large, especially for a European room.

The property is located in a great area! The hotel is lacking in many ways. No restaurant. No breakfast. The carpet in our room was filthy dirty. I was very dissatisfied with the room especially with what we paid for the room. A small table in the lobby with a coffee pot was not satisfactory for the amount of money you pay. The pictures do not reflect the poor condition.

This was such a cute and quaint boutique hotel that was in the middle of the duomo plaza area. You can walk everywhere within the area and it was conveniently located right outside the beautiful cathedral. The staff were very friendly and even welcomed me with a glass of prosecco. They even provided me food recommendations in the area. I can’t wait to stay one day again. Thank you!
