Best location, close to Metro station, supermarket

We stayed one week in this hotel. Friendly / helpful staffs, good location, spacious / clean room. We shall definitely come back again to this hotel once we come to Barcelona

Hotel is close to three main metro lines and is very accessible to get to anywhere in Milan. The hotel needs to be updated but is clean and rooms are comfortable. The shower was luke warm which was very disappointing as my stay was in the winter and it was quite cold outside. Apart from that it was ok to stay in for a few days.

suddenly I arrive at my room and it is without air conditioning. I ask in reception and they tell me that they removed it because it is getting cold. then I have to spend warmth inside this little room? I paid for a room with air conditioning.

Great location, however!! Pest control required due to Bugs and ants in the room floor so that I had to buy a insects spray that cost me 10Euro. Too tiny shower booth.

Close to train station

Room was dusty, and tired. Airconditiner would not turn on, unfortunately for us as we were visiting during very warm weather. Bathroom musty and poorly designed - averaged sized person has knees around bidet to use toilet!! A Tall person would not fit. Room and hallway smell very strong of cigarette smoke - for non smokers this is offensive - in these times smoking inside should not be allowed.

Good location for train station.

Visible from the central train station milan. Nice rooms. Air conditioning. Check in was easy. €4 euro per person per night city tax (seem to suprise a few people at check out). Small shower cubicle.

Cimfirtable and the location was convenient. We requested someone to pick up us frim The station as they advertized, that didn’t work but it was not to far. We hired a ride to the airport with them and which was nice
