There were bugs inside the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, the bidet spray was broken, and even the safe box was out of order. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful at all. When I reported the issues, they simply ignored them. I strongly don’t recommend staying here — it doesn’t deserve even one star. (Photos attached to show the condition).

Serviceable hotel: close to airport (Linate), staff generally friendly and helpful, room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good, etc. The hotel is a bit “isolated” in terms of finding restaurants and/or groceries near by within walking distance.

The staff was not very welcoming. In fact, during our entire stay there, we felt like we were an inconvenience and that we weren’t wanted there. The service and the food was horrible. I would not recommend any foreigners to stay there.
