Siento que la ubicación no es la mejor, se me hizo un poco lejos del centro, además no se me hizo seguro salir de noche. En el hostel había una persona aparentemente drogada en el área común, parecía que tenía metido fentanilo, y nadie hizo nada, no me sentí segura en este hostel por esas razones. La limpieza bien. En recepción no me explicaron nada sobre las amenidades, solo me dieron las llaves. Pero lo que más destaco es la seguridad, es el único hostel en donde no me sentí segura del todo.

Ostello Bello offers what you needs for accommodation, close to the train station and easily accessible. The room was clean, but as the room was facing the main street, it does get noisy. The lockers in the rooms only work with a luggage lock (i.e. thin and easily breakable locks) and not a standard and more secure padlock. This was disappointing, but they will hold onto your valuables in case or offer to sell you a lock instead. This should be noted somewhere online.

Very convenient hotel close to Milan Central Station. Aimed at a young crowd but also suitable for young at heart! Good vibe in the lobby and bar area. Service was very helpful and polite. Even a welcome drink at the bar. Very good for a short layover and very good value for money.

The service was very courteous, a 3-minute walk from the train station, very convenient. I stayed at the Ostello in Florence and I don't know if it's an isolated case, but in Milan, the room wasn't that perfect clean. I think it's important to pull out the boxes to clean underneath sometimes too. The atmosphere and entertainment are there, it's great for socializing. My requests were well heard and taken into account. Very good staff.

The staff were great and very friendly. I’d booked a single room which was basic but clean. The first night was ok but the second noisy. The location doesn’t look so great as many locations close to stations are a bit grubby but it’s very handy for the station and I didn’t feel unsafe walking to and from the station. I would stay again: it’s affordable friendly and felt safe.

Great hostel experience. Staff were lovely, lots of fun extras like free drinks and social events. Super convenient for Milan station. Would highly recommend as long as people understand the accommodation is hostel basic accommodation.

Great place. Such friendly staff. Literally right around the corner from Milan Centrale. Dinner they offered at night was delicious. Room and bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stay.
