Great find!!

Great communication from Fabrioza and clear concise instructions regarding late arrival and entering the building. Lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. A little noisy early on Friday morning. Sounded like construction work but much quieter for the next two days. Would be nice if the tv had a Netflix or Prime app so that you can connect to watch a movie. Could only use YouTube. Overall a great location, near to metro and central station. Lovely area with no problems arriving after 11pm. Felt safe.

I read reviews about the bottom floor being noisy. It's in the middle of a city and a bus stop outside with people waiting. So to be expected. Italian first responders also love their sirens. We selected the top floor unit for a few $ more. We were greeted at reception by a lovely man who showed us to our rooms, helped with the bags, and showed us how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble including replacing the tv remote batteries. They spoke good english even though we tried our poor italian on them. Kitchen had coffee and that's all we needed to start our day.

Amazing stay in Milan

The hotel is clean, and spacious. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My favorite local meal was suggested by the hotel concierge. It is centrally located to the metro and the train station.

Good location & free laundry facilities

The place was in very good condition and was very safe. Room has high ceiling and feels airy, with many amenities such as small kitchen with fridge and the best part for us is there is free laundry equipment (washer and dryer) in the basement. We had a great stay.

The size of the room is very big - including a separate living room. The location is very close to the Milano Central train station (5 minutes of walk). The subway/metro station is also one small block away. There is a couple of small convenient store and coffee shops kind of nearby. The area is very convenient and safe in general. Room is clean and the A/C system works fine. The drawback is that there is not any service after hours (from late afternoon or evening) and in Sunday. The automatic door lock is kind of strange to use - at least at the beginning. Of course, this is an old building with very old and small elevator.

Fabulous apartment

Fabulous apartment. Very safe. Nice area. Very convenient for central train station. Well equipped and a bath too! Nice free snacks. Great air conditioning. Only slight niggle, no English speaking TV channels eg CNN. Would stay there again.

Nice Condo in Historic Building

The image for the property is not correct on this page; but if you look it up on Google you’ll get the right one and it’s much better!! The building is a historic gem and riding a 100+ years lift was awesome! The place is conveniently located steps away from a metro station as well as a tram station; and one or two blocks away from Milano Central. The place was cleaned during our stay and staff was very nice.
