Great Hotel in good locatioon

We really enjoyed our stay at Starhotels E.c.h.o. Thank you to the reception staff who went out of their way to help us with our enquiries. Thank you to Maimai in the breakfast area with our vegan breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, modern and very clean. Location is very good with a 3 minute walk to the Milan Centrale station. The station is very good with trains to many locations. Lake Como can be reached in 50 minutes. The bus station location is just outside the Centrale station also with buses direct to Malpensa airport. We will definitely choose this hotel in this location again.

This is a first-rate international hotel. The location by Milano Centrale is the main attraction, but the hotel is super. The desk and breakfast staff are friendly and speak English. Gluten free breakfast options are available if you ask. The rooms are great. My only criticism is that the doors have some minor issues and could use some love. I would definitely stay here next visit to Milan.

Always great to reach one of the Starhotels through Italy. Clean, great design (maybe a little more light in the hallways?), delicious food and a supeb staff. Friendly and profesional at the same time. I tour Europe at least six month a year and stay at 4 or 5 stars hotels and during 2025 it's been very hard to find even a smile or a friendly welcome both in Swiss and in Italy. So the polite and friendly atention we'got at E.C.H.O Milano was refreshing. From Francesca and Mark at the restaurant to everybody working at the hotel was awsome. Next Spring while touring Italy during 3 months or so we'll cernainly come back many times to this true gem, even though we do not particulary enjoy Milano. Congrats. Grazie mille. Ci vediamo!

Very convenient to Milano Centrale and a very helpful, pleasant staff. But the immediate area around the train station is not very appealing, so you should count on taking the Metro to other neighborhoods if you really want to enjoy what Milan has to offer

Starhotels: Home away from Home through Europe

Great choice while touring Italy without spending time in Milan, the only one Italian city I don't fancy. Have stayed at many of their hotels (Bologna, Saturnia, Vicenza...) and keep coming back because they never dissapoint. Contemporary design, spotless clean and superb staff. Would have enjoy a King size bed but was not really an issue. Grazie mille!
