Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a home with an attached private room for rent. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the back yard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area.

The property was bigger than it seems in pictures which was a huge plus for us (3 adults) with 2 of us having mobility issues we had plenty of room to move around and especially the shower stall which had a nice convenient built-in seat

Wonderful experience

I was traveling to Milton with my daughter and wanted somewhere close to my family that lives there - there's not much in the way of hotels in a close distance, so i was happy to find this space! The space is clean, comfortable, and has all the things you might need for your stay. Rebecca was very quick to answer any questions, and maintains the space immaculately. I would highly recommend to anyone else, and should we find ourselves back this way, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Skate competition

This was my first time staying in something other than a hotel. You can tell that Rebecca takes great care of the place. I had a couple questions as it was my first time using VRBO, and Rebecca got back to me within minutes. I was in the area for a pretty long speed skating competition, and it was incredibly relaxing to come back here after a long day of racing. This was a wonderful place to come to every evening to relax and unwind after a full day of activities. I was here for my son’s winging ceremony and wanted a place close to where he is living.
